Terms of «Invite friends» and the partner programme

The programme is provided by EDUCOACH Ι.Κ.Ε., tax number 803261385 (ΚΕΦΟΔΕ Attica), GEMI 193295009000, Vyronos 5, 18756 Keratsini, Greece. It has four parts: «Invite friends», videos, partners and licenses for organizations.

• A user is anyone with an EduCoach account, of any age. Users earn gifts inside the service only, never money.
• A partner is a creator, site or organization (tutoring school, school, study counsellor, other organization) whose application was approved. Adults or legal entities only. Partners earn a commission in money.
• Everyone has one code, which works as a link (educoach.io/r/CODE) and as a code at checkout. When a user becomes a partner, their old code leads to the new one.
• A user accepts these terms by sharing their code or sending a video, a partner by sending the application.

Every user earns gifts when a friend finishes the test or buys. Gifts are inside EduCoach only and are never exchanged for money.

• A friend counts when they make a new account after opening your link (an account up to 7 days old). The link remembers your code for 30 days. Your own account, a second account of yours, purchases with a card you have used, and anyone who already had an account do not count.
• When a friend finishes the test: with no plan or with Recommendations you get +10 messages and +1 department unlock, with a Student Pass +7 days on the pass. This holds for your first 10 friends. The friend gets +10 messages and +1 unlock.
• When a friend makes their first purchase, 30 days later you get: with no plan, a code for 20% off one purchase; with Recommendations, €10 off the upgrade; with a Student Pass, +30 days on the pass. The gift follows the plan you held when the friend bought, or a better one you got since; a pass that ran out in between reopens.
• Each friend brings one purchase gift, for their first purchase that was not refunded. Their upgrade or extension brings nothing more.
• At 3, 6 and 9 friends who bought you get the big gift: with no plan, a 12-month Student Pass; with Recommendations, the upgrade to the Student Pass; with a Student Pass, you choose within 14 days between +12 months and a Student Pass for someone else, on a code activated once within 12 months. If you do not choose, you get the 12 months.
• The friend gets 20% off their first purchase on the site, applied by itself. It does not combine with another code: a code typed at checkout wins. On purchases in the App Store or Google Play the discount does not apply, but the purchase still counts for you.
• If the friend gets all their money back or disputes the payment, that purchase's gift is cancelled: the discount code is switched off and the days come off the pass. The big gift, if given, stays.
• You see a friend's first name only if they allow it, and never what they answered or which plan they bought.

Every user can send up to 4 videos a month about EduCoach, from their own account on TikTok, Instagram Reels or YouTube Shorts.

• The link is public and is sent once. The video is your own and follows the promotion rules.
• The team approves it, asks for a change or rejects it, with a reason for a change or a rejection.
• Each approved video gives +1 questionnaire restart and points. Every 4 approved videos, a Student Pass holder gets +7 days. No money is given for videos.
• Under 18, you declare that a parent or guardian knows and agrees, also to reposting when you allow it.
• We repost only if you allow it on the form: a non-exclusive licence, unpaid, naming you. You can withdraw it for new posts by email.
• If an approved video breaks the rules, we may take its points back.

Anyone who applies and is approved becomes a partner. A person reads every application.

• You apply at educoach.io/synergates with an EduCoach account. One open application per account; after a rejection, a new one after 90 days.
• By sending it you declare that you are an adult or represent the organization, that the details are true and that you accept these terms. A study counsellor also declares that they tell their clients about the partnership.
• We answer by email, usually within 3 working days.
• On approval you get a code and your own terms: a discount for the people you bring (usually 20%), a commission (usually 30%) and a duration (usually 12 months). What the approval email says prevails over these defaults.
• Your dashboard is in your profile («Partner») and, without signing in, behind a personal link. Keep the link to yourself; if it leaks, ask for a new one and the old one stops working.
• You see numbers without names: «Person N», the video they came from, purchases and commission. Never a name, an email, answers or what was bought.
• You are an independent partner, not an employee or representative of EduCoach, and you take on no obligations on our behalf.

A partner earns their rate (usually 30%) on the amount the new user paid without VAT, after discounts and refunds. On a Student Pass with a code (€31.99), the commission is €7.74.

• Every purchase by the new user counts (Recommendations, Student Pass, upgrade, extension) for 12 months from when their account was linked to your code. The discount applies to the first purchase only, the commission to all.
• A code typed at checkout wins that purchase. Otherwise the last partner link the user opened before their first purchase counts. After the first purchase the partner does not change.
• Purchases in the App Store and Google Play count, at the price the user paid without VAT.
• Each commission waits 30 days, then is approved. A full refund or a dispute cancels it, a partial refund lowers it in proportion, a dispute won restores it. A refund after the commission was paid is set off against the next payout.
• There is no commission on your own purchases, on purchases with a card you have used, or on the licenses your organization buys.
• A change of rate applies to purchases made after the change.

We pay once a month, on the 10th, by bank transfer, when the amount is at least €20 and we have an invoice.

• Early in the month we send you the amount of last month's approved commissions and the details for the invoice. You upload it under «Payouts» by the 5th.
• Under €20, the amount carries over to the next month.
• Without an invoice, or with wrong details, the payout waits for the next one. If an invoice needs fixing, we tell you what to change.
• Payout details: full name or company name, tax number, tax office, address and an IBAN in your name. A new IBAN is confirmed with a code sent to your email and applies 48 hours later.
• If you ask, we fill in the name, address and tax office from AADE's registry. AADE tells the owner of the tax number that a lookup was made.
• A business or self-employed person issues an invoice or a service receipt. Each partner is responsible for their own taxes and contributions.
• Only adults or legal entities are paid.

An approved organization buys Student Passes for its students, up to 500 per order. No commission is paid on licenses.

• The price per 12-month license, VAT included, and the smallest order depend on the kind of organization and the number of licenses. The organization sees them once its application is approved, in the purchase form, before paying. The whole order is charged at its band's price. An invoice is issued.
• Payment by card or, where offered, by bank transfer. By transfer, the codes are issued once the money arrives.
• One code per license. The student types it at educoach.io/energopoiisi within 12 months of payment and gets a 12-month Student Pass, or the upgrade with Recommendations, or +12 months with a pass already. One code per student per order.
• The organization sees only whether a code was activated and when, and its own note. Not who activated it, nor what the student answered.
• Codes not used expire after 12 months with no refund. A month before, we email how many are left.
• On a refund or dispute of the payment, codes not yet activated stop working. Passes already activated stay.

They apply to every post, video or message with an EduCoach code or link, from users and partners.

• Say it is an ad: write #ad or #partnership in the description. A study counsellor also tells their clients.
• Only your own experience. No promise that anyone will get into a school, get grades or find a job.
• No pressure on minors: no «buy it», no false urgency, no paid ads targeting under-18s.
• Neutrality: EduCoach is not paid by schools, colleges or IEK. Do not present the recommendations as paid or as something that can be influenced.
• Only the prices and the discount that apply on the site.
• Your own content, with no one else's face without their consent. The EduCoach name and logo only as we provide them.
• Forbidden: spam and mass messages, fake accounts, bought views, search ads on the EduCoach name, and posting the code on coupon sites.

• On fraud or a breach of the rules we cancel the gifts and commissions that came from it and may stop the code.
• While a partnership is paused the code gives no discount and records no commission. Commissions already approved are paid as usual.
• A partner can stop at any time by email. Approved commissions are paid with the next payout.
• We announce changes to these terms by email at least 15 days ahead. They apply to purchases and videos after the change; gifts already given stay.
• If the programme ends, we will give 30 days' notice. Approved commissions and codes already issued are honoured.

• We keep who brought whom and when, purchases and gifts; for partners, also payout details and invoices. Only the last digits of an IBAN are shown.
• The link leaves a 30-day cookie with the code, so we know who brought you.
• Neither a partner nor an organization sees the names, emails, answers or recommendations of the users they brought.
• Personal data is handled under EduCoach's Privacy Policy.
• Greek law applies, without prejudice to consumer rights.
