Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription without giving any reason within 14 calendar days from the day of purchase.
By starting to use the Service — actively using EduCoach's AI features — you expressly acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal for digital content already supplied. This is provided for under Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not issue prorated refunds for the remainder of the period.
Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, we consider refunds in the following cases:
Email support@educoach.io with the subject "Refund request", stating the reason and transaction ID (if available). We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
If we can't reach an agreement, you retain all your statutory rights as a consumer, including recourse to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) or the relevant Greek consumer authorities.
