At EduCoach we believe everyone deserves a career that's meaningful. We combine technology and human empathy to make it happen.
The world of work is changing rapidly. Artificial intelligence is redefining what "career" means — and in this shifting landscape, many people feel lost.
We built EduCoach to be your compass on this journey. We don't just offer data — we offer understanding, personalized guidance, and the right tools so you can make the right decisions for your future.

The principles that guide every decision we make and every line of code we write.
Every recommendation is grounded in official data (OECD, ILO, Cedefop) and methodologies like ISCO-08 and RIASEC — not opinions.
No generic advice. Every answer is built around your profile, skills, and goals.
We explain why each recommendation fits you — with clear match scores and the reasoning behind every number.
Technology is a tool, not a goal. The human is always at the center.
We combine scientific expertise with the dynamism and skills of the new digital generation.
